Tehillah is hosted by P&W, a small not-for-profit in North Brisbane. Ticket sales cover only part of the cost — many essential expenses like venue hire, tents, production, insurance, and admin support are made possible through the generosity of individual supporters, churches, and businesses.
As secular festivals shut down across Australia due to rising costs, God is doing a new thing. From churches to living rooms, regional gatherings to open fields, He’s purifying spaces of worship — drawing people together around one thing: Himself. Tehillah is one connection point in this broader move — a wide-open table of delight in Him, inviting a generation who have tasted everything but Him.
There’s a reason festivals aren’t affordable anymore. But He’s led us here, and we’re praying — knowing the generosity of God’s people is powerful — not just to keep this space open going forward, but to lower entry costs for those who don’t yet know Jesus, to come find Him at the banquet table.

Accountability
We take financial and spiritual accountability seriously. Tehillah is coordinated by a team of dedicated leaders, with board oversight provided by Kate Gurren, Steven Packer, and Joel Boldero—trusted voices who serve faithfully in the local church and bring decades of combined management experience.
Our parent organisation, Prayer & Worship (P&W), is a registered not-for-profit reporting to the ACNC, led by Christian leaders from a wide range of Brisbane churches. We draw on hundreds of passionate volunteers who give generously of their time to keep costs down and ensure every dollar counts. We are committed to stewarding this vision with integrity, remaining accountable not only to regulatory bodies but also to the churches and individuals who have supported us—some for over a decade.
